RCB Online Banking and Bill Pay


ONLINE BANKING: Effective March 26, 2013, River Community Bank, N.A. customers with existing online banking accounts will be able to logon using their existing access id's. Your password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number. You will be prompted to change your password on the first log in.


For those customers who would like to enroll for online banking, you must have an active email address on file with the Bank.


No portion of your account number will show on your Online Banking account. You will have the option of changing the titling of your account numbers to whatever you wish. For example you could put the account number in or a nickname like Vacation Account, Main Account, etc. You will be able to complete this under the settings tab.


The new online banking service will allow for transaction downloads to Quicken and Quickbooks.


RCB Cash Management for Businesses

All scheduled payments through March 22nd will be paid. Any items scheduled for March 23rd, March 24th and March 25th will need to be rescheduled either before 3/22 or after 3/25.


We will make every effort to insure all payees and recurring payments already set up convert to the new system. However, we ask that you verify all payee information and recurring payments on March 26th.


Funds for payments must be in the account by 3:00 pm the day before the due date. If funds are not available, you will receive an email that the payment was not sent. It is very important that you keep the Bank's records updated with your current email address.


After March 26th, you may call the toll free customer service number from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday for any questions, concerns or problems with your Bill Payment account. This toll free number is 855-326-5210.
